Terms and Conditions
These terms apply to every purchase made on anastasiario.com. Please read them before you order.
1. Who we are
This store is run by Anastasiario (trade name Anastasia Rio), NIF 324102879, Travessa das Antas 281, 4350-185 Porto, Portugal, email anastasiario925@gmail.com. Full details are in our Legal Notice.
2. Products
Our jewellery is made in 925 sterling silver, finished in rhodium or gold plating. Some pieces are set with moissanite, zirconia or coloured stones, as described on each product page. We take care to show every piece accurately, but colours and sizes in photos can vary slightly with the screen and the light. Plating can wear over time with normal use; see the care notes on each product page.
3. Prices
Prices are in euros and include any taxes that apply. Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout before you pay; see Shipping. We may change prices at any time, but the price you pay is the one shown when you place your order.
4. Orders
When you place an order you'll receive an email confirming that we've received it. The contract is formed when we confirm your order. We may cancel an order if a piece is out of stock or a price was clearly wrong; if so we'll tell you and refund any payment in full.
5. Payment
You pay at checkout with the payment methods shown there. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers; we never see or store your full card details.
6. Delivery
Delivery costs, destinations and times are described on our Shipping page. Pieces under €45 are delivered in Portugal only.
7. Right of withdrawal
If you're a consumer, you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Use the Withdraw from contract here button or email us. The conditions, return address and costs are in our returns and refunds policy.
8. Legal guarantee
Every piece is covered by the legal guarantee of conformity under Portuguese law, generally three years from delivery. How to make a claim is explained in our returns and refunds policy.
9. Complaints and disputes
If something goes wrong, write to us first and we'll do our best to solve it. You can also use the Livro de Reclamações Eletrónico or an alternative dispute resolution entity, listed in our Legal Notice.
10. Personal data
We use your personal data only as described in our privacy policy.
11. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Portuguese law. If you're a consumer living in another country, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of that country.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published on the date you place it.
